The meteolocator is designed for installation on helicopters and airplanes. Meets the requirements of TSO S63c Class 7. Meteolocator provides detection of meteorological formations at a distance of up to 420 km., Scanning in azimuth in the sector of 100 degrees and the elevation in the sector of 60 degrees with a speed of 25 degrees / s. The information processing algorithm allows to estimate the width and thickness of meteorological formation. The transceiver is completed with a slot antenna with a diameter of 10 or 12 cm.
