Return Policy & Instructions 

Please comply with all Aerocore LLC return conditions. 

AeroCORE LLC reserves the right to refuse the return or charge a minimum 25% restocking fee.

No Returns are accepted 15 days past the Sales Order date of issue. 

All products must be returned in \'AS SOLD\' condition - which requires the product to be unused, uninstalled, in its original unaltered box and must include all packing material, Original Documentations and Certs, blank warranty cards, manuals and accessories and to be in 100% resalable condition (unless product is deemed defective). Aerocore LLC can only refund the original purchase price. Shipping and handling fees are nonrefundable.

Defective or Damaged Items

Defective items may be repaired, exchanged or refunded at AeroCORE discretion for the same product or equivalent product.

All items returned to Aerocore LLC will be subject to inspection. If the part inspection results in non compliant, NO Refund will be issued. Part in question will be returned to the original buyer under buyers own charge. If the buyer choose not to ship the part back, it will be destroyed and dispose.

All parts that are manipulated or installed on and aircraft will not be accepted for returns.

Refunds

Returns are inspected at one of Aerocore LLC Sellers warehouses upon receipt. Credit will be given for items we determine have not been installed or used in any way (except in case of defect). We will issue a refund for qualifying returned merchandise within 30 days of receipt. We will issue credit for special order returns that are deemed defective only.

Merchandise that cannot be returned:

• Any part that holds a PMA, TSO or STC that has been used, tested or installed.
• Any part that has a shelf life - Batteries, Oil, Paint, Life Vest/Raft, Hazardous Material etc.
• Books, Videos, Software, Tools, Cut Material etc.
• Parts specified as 'Final Sale'.
• Special order parts.
