Aerocore LLC Terms and Conditions
Payment: Credit / Debit Cards:
Aerocore LLC accepts all major credit cards, including Visa, Mastercard, American Express, and Discover. Online orders must be completed on one credit card; however, split credit card payments are accepted via email at info@aerocore.us.
We prefer first-time orders to ship to the same address as the credit card billing address. If the order is routed to management for approval, we will verify the address with the customer's bank. The billing address must match exactly before the order can be processed for shipment. Additional forms of identification may be requested in order to verify the legitimacy of the order. If we cannot confirm the validity of the cardholder, we may request a wire transfer to complete the sale.
If the customer requests to ship to another address, we will first verify the billing address. If this address is correct, we will verify that the shipping address is also on file with the bank. If it is not, we request that the customer call his bank and advise them to add the alternate address to his file for verification. The customer will then notify us the address is on file with the bank. We will then call the bank and confirm. Once confirmed, the order will be released to ship. We may also, at our discretion, attempt to contact the cardholder by phone to confirm the order. If the alternate address is a hotel, we reserve the right to decline shipment until payment is received in full in advance and we confirm the customer name is registered with the hotel. We reserve the right to insist that any first-time order ship to a verified billing address only.
We reserve the right to request an authorization on your credit card for the amount of the order at the time of order. When the order ships, we will settle and collect the amount of the order, including but not limited to the merchandise, applicable taxes, freight, and/or ancillary charges, and any authorized amounts in excess of the settled amount will be released. If your order is not able to ship before the authorization expires, you agree to allow us to settle that authorization to hold the parts for you until the order is ready for shipment. You agree to hold Aerocore LLC harmless for any costs you incur due to over-limit or insufficient funds as assessed by your credit card company or bank. Special order or drop ship items are settled at the time the purchase order to our supplier is issued.
Payment: PayPal
We accept PayPal payments provided that the shipping address is a PayPal confirmed address. PayPal payments cannot be combined with other payment methods. Orders through PayPal cannot be modified. You must cancel the order and place a new order if necessary. The entire order amount will be settled by PayPal at the time the order is placed. If items are removed from the order, we will refund the PayPal account for the total credit due.
Payment: Wire Transfer
You may place an order by phone or email and pay by wire transfer. First, contact our sales staff with your parts list and destination address. They will then send you a proforma quote including all applicable charges. The banking details for sending the wire transfer will be on the proforma quote. Once we receive the funds, we will release your order for shipment.
Not in Stock, Special Order, Repair/Overhaul Services
Some items for sale at AeroCORE are not regularly stocked. Availability of these items will show as Not in stock, Special Order, or Repair/Overhaul Services. These orders are considered custom or special orders. These items may not be returnable (unless defective) once an order is placed, so be sure to check prior to ordering. You may be able to cancel the special order prior to it being shipped by contacting Aerocore LLC Customer Service through our Contact Us page; however, some charges may still be incurred.
Delivery times for these items are the best estimated delivery times Aerocore LLC has based on standard deliveries from the suppliers involved. Delivery times cannot be guaranteed for these items.
Not in Stock, Special Order, Repair/Overhaul Services will be billed when the order is placed online even though they may not be ready for shipping for days or weeks. Please be sure you understand these items are being custom ordered at your request.
Not in Stock, Special Order, Repair/Overhaul Services will ship out as they arrive at the Aerocore LLC warehouse or at one of our resellers as they arrive and in the manner that was selected when the order was first placed through Aerocore LLC.
If an order you placed on Aerocore LLC does not appear on your account, please contact us with your order number so we may verify the order has been correctly placed for you.
Cancellation policy
You may cancel regular inventory items you ordered for any reason and receive a full refund prior to your order being shipped. Most orders are shipped the same day they are received. You can check the status of your order online on your account page to see if the order can be cancelled for a full refund. Once an item is shipped, the terms of our Returns policy will take effect.
Alternate/Superseded Part Numbers and Alternative Products
Although great effort has been made to ensure the accuracy and completeness of the Alternate, Cross Reference, Supercedure, or PMA replacement parts suggested by Aerocore LLC, responsibility for aircraft airworthiness, including the installation of approved replacement parts, lies with the aircraft owner/operator. Please refer to FAA-approved data or engine/airframe/propeller manufacturers parts listings for the final determination of article approval. Part Number Application Listings

Warranty
AeroCORE LLC acts solely as a venue for buyers and sellers of Aviation products to sell products and services to each other or as a Distributor or Supplier of Aviation Products. All warranties expressed or implied on this website are provided by the manufacturers of the Products or the Certified Repair Stations that overhauled or repaired products sold through Aerocore LLC.
Buyers on Aerocore LLC agree to hold AeroCORE LLC responsible only for the repair or replacement of the purchased products. Furthermore, Buyers at AeroCORE agree not to hold Aerocore LLC liable for any loss, damage, injury, cost of repair, or related damages of any kind in connection with the sale, use, or repair of any products purchased through Aerocore LLC.
Limited Liability
AeroCORE LLC is not responsible for personal data or items left in returned merchandise. AeroCORE LLC is not responsible for any consequential or incidental damage resulting from the sale or use of any merchandise bought at Aerocore LLC. We are responsible for the monetary value of the merchandise only.
